Architectural concept

Houses: NEW EUROPE - BANKYA is a complex of 19 single-family and terraced/row houses with characteristic architectural style, creating atmosphere of coziness and warmth. The houses will be situated on a terrace terrain, sunk in plenty of green. Priority at the design and construction stages of the houses will be given to functionality, sustainability and style.

Green areas: Every house will have its own green land plot. In addition a bigger flower garden with a SPA centre will be built in the lowest part of the land plot. There will be also a playground for children. No cars will be allowed on top of the plot. Parking places and garages will be underground for the lower raw of houses and on the ground floor of the upper raw of houses with access from the street.

SPA centre: The SPA centre includes a swimming pool, a fitness, a sauna, a massage studio, a recreation room. It will be built in the lowest part of the plot and will be a part of the flower garden.

Architecture: The project will be designed by "Serafimov Studio". The head of the bureau Tanko Serafimov has been twice Chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Architects. Seven of his projects have won the first prize “Building of the year”. There are a lot of beautiful houses in the design portfolio of the bureau.

Services: A benefit for the community in the complex is that services like security, maintenance of the green areas, of the alleys and the exterior lighting, will be much more affordable compared to that if the houses were not in a complex. The owners of the houses in the complex will have access to the SPA centre for half the normal price.

Uniqueness: The project is unique for Bulgaria with emphasis on sustainability and nature friendliness.
